1. 找一個固定、不受干擾、能安靜單獨禱告的地方，先屈膝跪下，安靜心懷，將你的喜憂和需要告訴神。可以以「全能全愛的天父」開始，並以「奉為我受死和復活的主耶穌的名。亞門」結束。

Find yourself a place in which you will not be disturbed and could pray constantly. Kneel down before God to offer your prayer of thanksgiving, petition and intercession. You may start your prayer with “Our Heavenly Father” and end it with “In the name of our risen Lord, Jesus. Amen.”

2. 禱告完了，翻開聖經，以清楚並穩定的聲音，朗讀一章當天的經文一遍，讓主的話滲透你的心思意念，對你說話。有的時候，主的話藉著一句或一段經文，正回應你當天的祈求，指引你的腳步，叫你驚訝；有的時候，主對你沉默，叫你從經文學習祂的心意。把主給你的記在心上，感謝祂，並按祂旨意行事為人，你的生命會在一年內有明顯的改變。

Open your Bible. Read out a chapter of the assigned scriptures. Let the word of God speaks to you in heart. Sometimes, one verse or one passage speaks right to your specific need for the day while, other times, God just let the teaching of the chapter make known his will to you in a general way. Keep the word of God you learn in either way in our heart and follow His will with thanksgiving. So, your life will be remarkably changed within one year.

3. 把這靈修表夾在聖經內，提醒自己，並把完成的經文劃上“P”，在完成整個計劃後，把表交給方牧師。

Place this schedule in the Bible as a Bookmark to remind yourself. Check the box for the week after completion. Return the form to Pastor Fong after it has been finished.
